Everything you might want to know before caring for your home the easy way.

What is HomeStone?

HomeStone is a maintenance membership for your home — like a service plan for a car, but for the whole house. Instead of scrambling to find a contractor every time something needs attention, you pay one steady amount and we keep your home healthy all year.

Which areas does HomeStone serve?

HomeStone is available for homes in Kalamazoo, Michigan and the surrounding area.

How much does a membership cost?

You set a yearly budget as a share of your home's value, and your plan is built around it. Many homeowners land near 1% of their home's value per year, split into a simple monthly amount. You'll see your exact price the moment you move the slider on our planner.

What's included in my membership?

Every plan includes routine maintenance visits, covered emergency fixes with no call-out fee, regular inspections with a Home Health report, vetted and insured local pros, seasonal reminders, transparent spend tracking, and one home record that's always yours.

How many visits will I get?

It depends on your budget. Plans range from 2 routine visits a year on the basics up to 8 on full care — more budget means more visits and broader coverage across your home's systems.

What counts as an emergency fix?

Sudden problems that can't wait — a burst pipe at 11pm, a furnace that quits in a cold snap. Depending on your tier, your membership covers between 1 and 6 emergency call-outs a year, with no call-out fee.

Who actually does the work?

Vetted, insured local pros. HomeStone coordinates the right person for each visit or emergency, so you never have to vet, chase, or schedule anyone yourself.

What is the Home Health report?

After each inspection we turn what we found into a simple Home Health score, so you can see how every system — roof, HVAC, plumbing, and more — is doing and catch small issues before they become big ones.

What does HomeStone cover in my home?

Inside and out: house and interior, roof and gutters, HVAC and heating, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping. How many of these systems are covered grows with your tier.

How do I get started?

Open the planner, enter your home's value, and set your budget. You'll see your plan and price right away — that's your membership.
